Bobby Hartin’s Tattoo

When Bobby Hartin says he’s going to do something, he means it.

After helping raise more than $50,000 for RMHC Charleston’s Lights of Love campaign with his annual Radiothon at the House, Bobby Hartin of ESPN Fan Talk 98.9 FM followed through on a bold promise – getting his very first tattoo. And not just anywhere or just any design, but the Ronald McDonald House Charities logo, tattooed right here at the House, live on air.

The moment was equal parts meaningful and memorable, drawing attention to the mission that Bobby has supported for years: keeping families close when their child needs medical care most.

We’re incredibly grateful to Chris Jones of Stardust Tattoo Studio, who generously donated his time and talent to make this moment possible, as well as to everyone who donated to Lights of Love and helped turn Bobby’s commitment into real support for the families we serve.

Bobby’s willingness to quite literally make RMHC Charleston a permanent part of his story speaks volumes about his heart for this mission. His continued advocacy and creativity help shine a light on the importance of providing a “Home-away-from-home” for families during some of their toughest moments.

Thank you, Bobby, for going above and beyond and for reminding us all that sometimes the most meaningful support is the kind that lasts forever ❤️
