08 Apr Piling Phase Complete!

We’re thrilled to share that construction on our 4-story expansion is moving right along! This exciting addition will be connected to our current House via a sky bridge, right in our old parking lot, creating a seamless space for families to feel at home.

We’ve officially completed the piling phase, laying the groundwork for a strong and safe foundation, and we’re now transitioning into the concrete phase – a major milestone in bringing this vision to life. Every step forward in construction is a step closer to providing even more families with the comfort, support, and care they need during challenging times.

This project wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our partners at A M King, who have generously donated a project manager to oversee the construction. Their expertise ensures that our team can stay focused on serving the families who call our House home.

We’re also proud to have Brian King, CEO of A M King, serving as Vice President of our Board of Directors. His leadership and dedication to RMHC Charleston continue to make a lasting impact on our mission and the families we serve.
